At Just Get High™, every item is printed and assembled to order in our New York studio. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing, or color preference. Please review size charts and product photos carefully before ordering.
When we will replace or refund
We stand behind our products. We will replace or refund any order that arrives with:
- A manufacturing defect (misprint, stitching failure, hardware fault)
- The wrong item shipped
- Damage in transit
Please email high@justgethigh.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.
Non-returnable items
- Intimates, swimwear, and earrings (hygiene reasons)
- Sale and clearance items (final sale)
- Custom or wholesale orders
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping is non-refundable except where the issue is our error.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is the buyer’s responsibility. We are happy to help file a carrier claim.
