Production time
Just Get High™ items are printed and assembled to order in our New York studio. Most apparel and accessories ship within 8–10 business days of order placement. All-over-print rompers, sublimated swim, and custom items may take 8–12 business days. Mixed orders ship together once all items are ready.
Domestic shipping (United States)
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after production
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
- Tracking information is emailed once your order ships
International shipping
We ship to over 30 countries. International transit typically takes 7–21 business days after production. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
- Delayed: carriers occasionally run behind during holidays — please allow 7 extra business days before contacting us.
- Lost or stolen: once marked delivered, claims must be filed with the carrier; we will help.
- Damaged in transit: email high@justgethigh.com within 14 days with photos.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Address changes after fulfillment cannot be guaranteed.
